IPv6 Outage (Resolved)

  • Our upstream provider has unannounced our IPv6 block, and we're working with them to get IPv6 back up and running. We're hoping to have it back up and functional within 48-72 hours, as of April 11th at 10PM PST.

IPv6 Fixes (Resolved)

  • During this time, we plan on fixing a critical issue with IPv6 traceroutes, which have been causing issues with V6 compatibility for some time now.


    For approximately 1 hour, we will be performing network restarts, which will cause packet loss for periods of 10-20 seconds per restart. This is scheduled to last only 30 minutes, but we've allocated an hour in case of issues.

Dalssdvz1 and dalssdvz2 issues (Resolved)

  • Due to DDOSs, we've had to nullroute dalssdvz1 and dalssdvz2 node IPs. This means that you won't be able to control your VPS, if you're on either of these servers from the VPS control panel, until the node IPs have been unnulled. We expect this to last up to 12 hours, as we mitigate the DDOSs to these servers.

Downtime (Resolved)

  • Within the last 24 hours or so, we've experienced heavy outages accross our network. The entire ServerCrate team has been working round the clock to get all active VPSs, web hosting, and Minecraft hosting online, and have managed to push all services online for the time being.


    Services have only recently just gone back online, so we're still investing a few minor issues with a very limited amount of customers. We ask that until our official report is sent out via email, please refrain from sending in a ticket unless your issue is critical (service not online).

    We're extremely sorry for the issues customers have experienced over the last 24 hours, our team is taking every step to restore and harden all issues that have occurred.
