Reinstall VPS Operating System

Steps for Reinstalling


MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD WHATEVER YOU WANT TO SAVE TO YOUR COMPUTER. Reinstalling your OS willcompletely wipe your VPS. You will lose everything you do not download to your own computer.

1. Once you have downloaded whatever files you want to save, log into the SolusVM control panel (http://vps.servercrate.com). You can find your login information in your VPS Information email (available under Emails in the Client Area).
2. Find your VPS and click Manage.
3. Click Reinstall.
4. Select the desired OS template and finish the reinstallation.

Your VPS will be up and running with the default OS configuration within a few minutes.
